About the Event
Join CJ Pellerin, Hot Asana instructor and proud member of The Rising Rose Foundation for a special donation class benefiting the Rockingham County community!
Unwind with a 60-minute yin yoga session: a slow, grounding practice focused on long-held postures to release tension in your connective tissues and calm your mind. The class will close with a soothing sound bath, helping you sink into deep relaxation and bliss.
Afterward, enjoy 30 minutes mingling over a variety of teas, connecting with friends, and entering to win one of several fabulous raffle baskets.
