RisingRose was created in 2019 by one woman with a goal to inspire others to work towards authentic living and self-improvement by sharing impactful stories and creating meaningful experiences.
Today a lot of our world has become unmotivated. People accept what they view is "just their life." They don't feel trapped because they refuse to even admit that they crave something greater.
Yet if we really focused on how we truly feel we would run that marathon, start that business and climb that mountain sooner than we ever could have imagined.
This blog, these events, and this social content are here to make you feel and to give you the push you need to embracing your passions, your struggles and your triumphs.
Blogs are posted every Sunday but you can expect some special blogs thrown in their every now and then. So make sure you are following our social channels to keep in the loop! We promise not to spam you with crappy content. It's just not our style.
The most important thing to us, besides our mission, is your feedback and your support. We would be nothing without you! So please let us know how we're doing!
Thank you and we can't wait to rise with you!
"I'm fine," is one of the world's biggest lies.
Talking about how you truly feel is one of the world's biggest secrets.
Being open, but protecting your heart, is one of the world's greatest strengths.
Rose is her middle name actually. Her first name is Julia but RisingRose sounds much better than RisingJulia so for all intents and purposes, you can call me Rose.
I am from the one and only 716, Buffalo, NY. I grew up in a big family and as the middle child, so right there, you know this blog will be a good one.
My truest loves in life are water, my guitar (I'm not actually good though, it just brings me joy), and random musicians that pop up in my discover weekly. I am most passionate about goal-setting (and reaching), fighting human trafficking and ending the global water crisis. My specialties are writing, putting on kick-ass events and helping others find their voice!
But enough about me. Let's talk about an old boy friend of mine. If you're cringing already, just wait, it gets better. My ex had a youtube channel when he was in high school where he would basically talk while he screen shared video games? I'm not a gamer so I don't really know what that is called. He opened his first video by saying, "If you don't like hearing people talk, well, I'm going to talk a lot, so you can just get out." Guys, I lost it. It was so sassy and funny coming from 15 year-old him.
So the same remains true here, just less sassy. I will be completely honest in this blog. Being as straight-forward with you as I can be, hoping that something resonates with you and helps you take action. If you aren't feeling it, that's okay. It won't be for everyone. But it is for someone, and that someone may be you!
